Brian Mullan -
Chief Executive Officer.

Joining Replay Theatre Company in April 2016 Brian has had an interest in theatre for over 20 years, beginning with Youth Initiatives in the early 90’s. He was involved in the award-winning productions of Belfast Born and Days Like This, before going on to study Theatre at the Ulster University. Since 2000 Brian has worn a number of hats in the grant making world, firstly as the Cultural Diversity officer with the Community Relations Council, moving on to focus on Victims and Survivors issues in more recent years and was Programmes Manager with the Victims & Survivors Service from 2013-2016.

He’s never quite shaken his love for both theatre and working with young people and for the past 13 years has been the performing arts director in the Patrician Youth Centre, Downpatrick. He most recently directed two National Theatre projects performed as part of the Connection Festivals in the Lyric Theatre Belfast.

His favourite kids’ TV show was Grange Hill (during term time) and Why Don’t You? (During the holidays)!
